Opened in 1971 with a fairy tale park and a few attractions on 70,000 sqm at the time, the Holiday Park is now one of the largest entertainment and adventure parks in Europe with over 400,000 sqm. Over the years, many new rides have been built, such as Germany's first free-fall tower, the multi-award-winning roller coaster BigFM Expedition Geforce or the "Lighthouse Tower" - the highest flying carousel in Germany. Young visitors are also well catered for with "Maja Land", "Tabaluga's Adventure" or the "Viking Village" with "Wicki Splash" and "The Beach".

Whatever the weather, the indoor adventure world "Holiday Indoor", with 6 attractions, invites you to linger. There is even an indoor roller coaster to discover on 5000m².

In addition, there are daily meet & greats with the well-known Holiday Park characters as well as changing shows. Special highlights are the "Summer Nights" (Saturdays during the Rhineland-Palatinate summer holidays), the "Halloween Fright Nights" (Saturdays in October and on Halloween) and "Winter Magic".
