Töpferstadt Bürgel

Since the 17th century, Bürgel produced the characteristic white and blue ceramics that made the town famous as a pottery town. Today, visitors can buy them directly from one of the city's seven potteries and get an impression of the production process. In addition to the Zinsspeicher local history museum and the monastery church, the ceramics museum is well worth a visit. Among other things, masterpieces of Art Nouveau pottery are exhibited there.
