Spielzeugdorf Seiffen

The toy village of Seiffen, first mentioned in a document in the 14th century, lies in a valley basin in the heart of the Erzgebirge. The town is particularly famous for its toy makers, whose wooden goods have a long tradition of being exported all over the world. Selected pieces can be marvelled at in the Erzgebirge Toy Museum. Seiffen also attracts visitors with a 450 square metre model railway area and the baroque-style mountain church.
