Seit 1842 beherbergt die Alte Abtei Mettlach die Unternehmenszentrale des internationalen Keramikherstellers Villeroy & Boch. Anlässlich des 250-jährigen Firmenjubiläums 1998 wurde die Keravision mit Keramikmuseum eröffnet. Zahlreiche Ausstellungsstücke aus der langjährigen Produktion von Geschirr, Sanitär- und Baukeramik sind hier ausgestellt. Die Vielfalt der Farben, Formen und Dekore aus markanten Epochen der Weltgeschichte werden auf diese Weise erlebbar.
