The Climate Arena is an innovative venue for learning about climate change and renewable energies. Covering around 1,400 square meters indoors and 14,000 square meters outdoors, the Climate Arena offers exciting exhibitions and interactive stations on climate protection and sustainability. It is aimed at children and young people, families, schools, and experts.
In the areas of climate change basics, mobility, housing & energy, and lifestyle & consumption, visitors can discover the effects of their own actions and learn facts and background information. The multimedia exhibition, covering an area of 1,400 square meters, is complemented by a generously designed outdoor theme park focusing on nature as a living and economic space.
Numerous exhibits, such as the interactive globe, the Climate Wall on the aspects of "housing and energy," and a simulation of the mobility of the future, provide information in an innovative and interactive way. In the Climate Arena, a new world awaits visitors at every moment. They embark on a journey through time in a virtual glacier and observe the changes that a future would look like if no action were taken to protect our environment.
