Emsland Moormuseum Geeste

The Emsland Moormuseum in Geeste reveals how peat was extracted in the past. The museum hall houses machines weighing several tonnes, such as the "Mammut" deep plough, while the outdoor area demonstrates the work and life of the moor workers.
