Dresdner Schwebebahn
The Dresden suspension railway has connected the districts of Loschwitz and Oberloschwitz since 1901.The heritage-listed railway climbs a total of around 84 metres in altitude on this route. Once in Oberloschwitz, visitors to the "Schwebebahn" café can enjoy a panoramic view of the Dresden Elbe Valley. Right next door, the machine house presents the ingenious workings of the railway.
